1. What is your favorite part of the job?
The personal relationships with the accounts that I talk with -- building those relationships.
2. What do you like the best about your customers?
Just the rapport, the relationships that I've built over the phone calls.
3. What does a successful day at work look like to you?
A good day for me would be successfully reaching a lot of customers, talking to them, letting them know about new products. Saving them money on where they are currently getting something from. Helping them get a job completed ... delivering supplies, materials to them.
4. Goals or future plans?
I'd like to keep growing and moving with the company as we expand. Putting out new products, new markets.
5. Hobbies or free-time activities?
Running and fishing ... I ran a couple of marathons in college. I did Columbus, Akron, Dublin, Ohio ... Some friends and I from high school (organize) a 3K and 8K fundraiser race each year -- Run for Caitlin.
6. Former jobs?
I did landscaping and grass cut work with my dad's buddy for a couple of summers. ... Grocery store work -- I did cash register, deli, produce, stock ... (Working at MFS Supply) is probably the most fun job (I've had) ... the coworkers, the atmosphere, the camaraderie.
7. Sports teams?
Indians, Browns, Cavs ... YSU Penguins.
Fishing on Lake Erie.
10. Free Time?
All of my downtime has been focusing on the fundraiser race the past month or so. There's a couple hundred people signed up. A lot of runners, a lot of logistics behind it. Getting police traffic control, all the shirts and bags ... We give to the high school (Cardinal Mooney) for the cross country and track teams. We give to the anti-drug program and for scholarships for college ... and to help students to go to the high school ... This will be the fourth year.
