Returns Policy on Custom Items When purchasing a custom-made item, once the order has been placed you may call in and change or cancel the order, provided the change or cancellation occurs before the item is crafted. If the custom item has already been made, then there is no opportunity to change or cancel the order.
Likewise, there will be no returning of the custom-made product unless the product is shown to be defective upon delivery.
