You already know MFSsupply.com is your affordable source for property management items like realtor lock boxes, entry door knobs, locksets and more. But you’ve still got some questions, so here are a few FAQs. (Q) When will my order ship? (A) Orders submitted by 3:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will be shipped that same day. All orders taken after 3:00 pm ET will be shipped on the next business day.
(Q) How long will it take for me to receive my order? A) Delivery should be within 2-3 days from your closest warehouse location.

(Q) How much are shipping costs? (A) Orders over $450 ship free via UPS Ground. Orders under $450 ship for no more than $20.00 (Shipping rate offer applies only in the lower 48 states.)
(Q) Can I pick up my order at your warehouse? (A) Orders may be picked up between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm local time, Monday-Friday, at our Solon, Ohio location (31100 Solon Road, Suite 16, Solon, Ohio) or at our new location (14029 Bolsa Lane, Cerritos, CA 90703. PLEASE NOTE: Customers picking up orders must bring a valid receipt or order confirmation for the order they are picking up. Please allow 1 hour between placing your order and picking it up. Orders can be picked-up at the warehouse entrance (rear of the building, south entrance). (Q) What is your return policy? (A) Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
