To assist our customers, we have put together the following how-to videos and instructions for working with our lock boxes.

How to change the code on a MFS lock box:
Applies to model, 3100, 3110, 3120, 3200, 5000

Opening Instructions:

Key Storage: Dial in the correct combination. Place your hand on the shackle, with your other hand place your fingers on sides of the lock box and pull front like a oven door.

Shackle: Move and hold the lever to the right while pulling up on the shackle. (The lever is located inside the lock box up near the shackle)

Resetting Combination Instructions:

1. Please read all the following instructions before proceeding.
2. Open the lock box and slide the reset pin to the right and up. (reset pin is located on the inside of the lock box)
3. Ensure the lock box remains open through these steps.
4. Select a new combination.
5. Slide the reset pin back to the left and down.
6. Check to ensure the tumblers on the lock box role freely.

   Locking Instructions:

   Insert you key/security card into the lock box. Close the door and move the dials to an alternate setting. Your lock box is now secure and ready to be used.
