We have a full line of products geared towards contractors, realtors and homeowners. Our inventory is seemingly endless and new items are being added on a weekly basis. We want to ensure that you never have to look elsewhere for your supply needs. Please ask us if you are looking for a particular item and we will look into stocking it.

Our new 26,000 sq. foot corporate headquarters is located in Solon, just southeast of Cleveland, Ohio. Since we are centrally located in the Midwest, most orders sent by standard ground delivery only take a few days to reach our customers. We strive to ship all orders placed by 3:00pm ET same day for quick, efficient service. You can also choose to pick-up your order from our location, if desired.

Shipping
Orders must be completed and submitted by 3:00pm ET, Monday-Friday, to be shipped that day. All orders taken after 3:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Order Pickups
Orders can be picked up at our Solon, OH location: 31100 Solon Road, Suite 16, Solon, Ohio, or our new CA location: 12770 Florence Ave. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670 between 10:00am – 3:00pm, Monday-Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Customers picking up orders must bring a valid receipt or order confirmation for the order they are picking up.
Please allow 1-hour pull time before picking up orders.
Pick ups can be made at the warehouse – rear of the building/south entrance.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
