MFS Supply was founded in early 2006, by professionals in the mortgage field servicing industry. Our combined experience of over 20 years in the field provides us with the knowledge to help and assist our customers to ensure that they are fully satisfied.
We have a full line of products geared towards contractors, realtors and homeowners. Our inventory is seemingly endless and new items are being added on a weekly basis. We want to ensure that you never have to look elsewhere for your supply needs. Please ask us if you are looking for a particular item and we will look into stocking it.
Our new 18,000 sq. foot, corporate headquarters, is located in Solon, just southeast of Cleveland, Ohio. Since we are centrally located in the Midwest, most orders sent by standard ground delivery only take a few days to reach our customers. We strive to ship all orders placed by 3:00pm (EST) same day for quick, efficient service. You can also choose to pick-up your order from our location if desired.
Returns are gladly accepted within 10 days of purchase and must be in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund.
If you would like to return a product and it falls outside the above guidelines, please call your sales rep or one of our customer service representatives to discuss.
Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless otherwise noted.
Shipping:
Orders must be completed and submitted by 3pm Monday-Friday to be shipped that day. All orders taken after 3pm, will be shipped the next business day.
Order Pickups:
Orders can be picked up at 31100 Solon Rd. unit 16., Solon, OH 44139.
Orders must be picked up between 10am and 3pm Monday-Friday.
Customers picking up orders, must bring a valid reciipt or the order confirmation for the order they are picking up.
Please allow 1 hour pull time before picking up the order.
Please pick up at the
west entrance.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 10 days of the purchase and must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund. Any and all returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Return shipments are paid by the customer.
