(A) Orders submitted by 4:00 pm ET, Monday-Friday, will be shipped that same day. All orders taken after 4:00 pm ET will be shipped on the next business day. (Q) How long will it take for me to receive my order?
(A) Delivery should be within 2-3 days from your closest warehouse location.

(A) Orders may be picked up between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm local time, Monday-Friday, at our Solon, Ohio location (31100 Solon Road, Suite 16, Solon, Ohio), our California branch (14029 Bolsa Lane, Cerritos, CA 90703), or at our new Orlando branch (9550 Satellite Blvd. Ste. 170, Orlando, FL). PLEASE NOTE: Customers picking up orders must bring a valid receipt or order confirmation for the order they are picking up. Please allow 1 hour between placing your order and picking it up. Orders can be picked up at the warehouse entrance (Front EastSide of building).
(Q) What is your return policy?
(A) Returns are accepted within 10 days of purchase; they must be in the original package and undamaged. Damaged goods will not be accepted. All returns must be inspected by MFS Supply prior to issuing a refund. Return shipments are paid by the customer. Any and all returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.(Q) Who do I contact for Credit References and other Credit related issues?
